Student Experience Officer (Examinations, Assessments and Awards)

You will provide administrative support for a range of key operational processes as part of a team of Student Experience Officers and Assistants. You will work across a broad range of areas of student administrative and support work including records management, reporting, enquiry handling and document production. As part of the Examinations, Assessments and Awards sub-team, you will work with a particular focus upon planning and delivering on-campus examinations, processing results, student progression, and final awards.

You will provide accurate and reliable information and guidance to staff and students - consulting University policies, guidelines and codes of practice - and you will contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient service to users. Using Microsoft office and University business IT systems (Banner, TULIP, Business Objects) to carry out your duties, you will establish yourself as a recognised point of contact to users within and external to the University, ensuring that the Division presents a positive image to its customers at all times.

You will have 3 GCSE's at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
