We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our Student Services team. The post holder will be a key advocate for our students, both individually and at a strategic level.

The role will lead in the development of student EDI policy, case management, and induction and training for students and staff, for instance in antiracism, sexual consent and bystander action.

The post holder will also be an important first point of contact for students and provide initial support for students reporting welfare concerns.

Key attributes of the successful applicant include:

  • Successful track record in advising students on welfare and equality, diversity and inclusion issues.
  • Experience of developing, delivering and evaluating projects to support students within UK Higher Education, especiallywork to counter racism and gender-based violence.
  • Experience of supporting students through complaints and disciplinary processes.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm and personal initiative to drive institutional change.
