An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the Student Engagement Team within the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences (EPS). The team work closely with students and colleagues across the University landscape to support the student experience within the College, addressing points for improvement, celebrating success and representing student voice.

Tasks will involve a level of administration and use of databases / systems therefore the role holder will need to be educated to a minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics and ideally hold relevant / similar administrative experience. The ability to manage a varied workload with tight deadlines along with experience of dealing with a variety of stakeholder enquiries whilst delivering a high standard of customer service would be advantageous.

The role is line managed by the Student Engagement Officer who leads on all student engagement activity in the College. The Student Engagement Officer manages a team of Aston University students who are Student Experience Champions (SECs). The role holder will support the Student Engagement Officer by being a key contact for the SECs, assisting them in their student engagement project work.
