This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

You will be part of the team delivering support for the key processes that ensure the quality and standards of the University’s Student Education. The focus of your role will be the operational and strategic support of the university’s Explorance Blue module evaluation system, including system and incident management. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised when working in partnership with a wide range of stakeholders including colleagues and students. You will ensure that requests and incidents are effectively responded to in a timely manner and to meet customer satisfaction levels.  You will have the ability to deal with information confidentially and sensitively, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Proficiency in understanding and working with data is necessary, and you will require an understanding of ODBC.
