We are recruiting for a brand new Student Centre at Aston University, which will be a central hub for all student enquiries.

Exciting opportunities have arisen to join the Student Centre to provide an efficient administration support service in the following areas:

  • Timetabling co-ordination 
  • International Student Advice / Visa Compliance
  • Student Engagement and monitoring 

You will be educated to A Level or equivalent and have GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in English and Maths. Successful candidates must also have substantial administration experience in customer focused environments, and excellent communication and organisation skills. Good IT skills are essential for this role alongside an ability to work with discretion when dealing with sensitive issues.

This role will require occasional evening and weekend work.

Aston University is located within Birmingham City Centre and has accessible transport links, via bus or train, and a cycle to work scheme.
