Role Description

About the Role

You will be instrumental in ensuring that the student experience of administrative services on your portfolio of courses and programmes is effective, consistent and of a high standard.  You will work very closely with academic staff (e.g., Programme Director, Course Directors and Module Leads) to ensure the student experience is effective, consistent and of a high standard.

About You

You are likely to be an experienced, self-motivated HE Administrator, with a working knowledge of University Regulations, and significant experience of working in partnership with students, Professional Service Unit colleagues and academics. We will consider applicants with transferable experience. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to prioritise and manage a high volume of work, working quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines. Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills are a must.
