About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the delivery of allocated academic administration and student support relating to taught and/or research students and for ensuring high levels of customer support. This specific position will include some responsibilities normally performed by staff of a higher grade with the salary adjusted accordingly.

About You

You will be an experienced, self-motivated HE Administrator, with working knowledge of University Regulations, and experience of working in partnership with students, Professional Service Unit colleagues and academics. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to prioritise and manage a high volume of work, working quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines. Proven analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills are a must.
