The Structural Studies Division has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional administrator to join an award-winning Institute. We are seeking a highly organised and professional administrator to provide proactive support to the Heads of Division in their execution of the leadership and management of the Division.

The Divisional Administrator (DA) will carry primary responsibility for HR and financial management for their Division and for decision-making associated with specific aspects of these and other administrative functions. The post holder is expected to manage and be responsible for all aspects of Divisional administration and support to best effect, paying due attention to corporate requirements, the need for efficiency and effectiveness, and the needs of the researchers within the Division.

Prior office management experience preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to work without supervision; excellent time management skills; exceptional communication and customer service skills; technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs; strong prioritisation and organisation skills; ability to handle confidential information; meticulous and methodical record keeping; ability to multi-task and think on the feet.
