The University of Lincoln has a rich heritage as a business-facing institution with a strong sense of civic purpose. A powerhouse for the local Lincoln community, the University has worked hard in recent years to earn a reputation for teaching excellence and a high-standard student experience. As it looks towards 2027, the University is embarking on the next stage in its development and has the ambition to challenge and compete with the very best institutions in the country.

Now looking to extend that business-facing offer further, the University is seeking to recruit the sales force that can turn an exciting plan for growth into reality and take our B2B plans to the next level. Ideally, you will have a successful sales background in educational sales or adjacent sectors, and you will be used to managing a sales pipeline. You will get to have an interesting and varied portfolio across the sectors in which the University has expertise.

The roles are hybrid in nature and the work also promises to be both challenging and rewarding as you work with BD and marketing colleagues to offer a portfolio of educational services to our B2B partners. The University has an exciting agenda for change and we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic sales staff to come and help us with a journey that is key to generating the income the University will need to make real its ambitions in the coming years.

If you would like further information or an informal discussion about this exciting opportunity, please contact Gareth Turner, Head of Business Development & Commercial Partnerships, at [email protected] .

This is a redeployment opportunity for colleagues who have been placed at risk of redundancy only, which includes anyone on a fixed term contract which is due to end on or before 31 August 2024.
