Oxford Brookes University Sport are currently recruiting for 2, confident, friendly, professional people to join our front of house team.

You are the face of Brookes Sport so you will be responsible for ensuring a professional welcome, ensuring customers are provided with information regarding our services, promotional campaigns and have a desire to generate income.

This role is in a busy environment where you will need to prioritise, learn quickly and at times multitask. You will also provide administrative support for the membership and bookings team within deadlines.

The successful candidates will have outstanding customer service and communication skills and be ready and willing to provide help and support to our students, staff and community users. You must be computer literate, with a working knowledge of Google email and its various applications. There will also be ongoing and personal development training provided in house.

This post is for 27 hours per week to include days, evenings and weekends on a flexible rotation basis. We operate at two campuses (Headington and Harcourt Hill) you may be expected to do some cross site working.
