About the Role
To lead a High Value Manufacturing Catapult project to deliver at the Regional Office in South Wales.
The role of the Regional Director is to represent and promote the High Value Manufacturing Catapult (all centres), grow the level of business support within the region, to build and nurture a close working relationship with the devolved Welsh Government, local authorities, local businesses, manufacturing sector focussed academics within the region and other stakeholders, and to lead the team located in the South Wales office.
We will consider applications for employment on a part-time or other flexible working basis, even where a position is advertised as full-time, unless there are operational or other objective reasons why it is not possible to do so.
About You
You will have experience of leadership in the manufacturing sector and/or technology development in the manufacturing sector.
Commercially astute, you will have the ability to develop a long term strategy for the HVMC in conjunction with the devolved government in Wales and the local authorities.
