Leeds Arts University is the only specialist arts university in the North of England. We have contributed significantly to the development of arts education for over 170 years, and have developed a national and international reputation based on the achievements of our students and staff. 

The successful applicant will instruct, support and assist students in the safe, appropriate and professional use of equipment as required by the BMus. (Hons) Popular Music Performance and BA (Hons) Music Production courses. Part of a wider technical support team, this role will support both courses, ensuring that facilities and equipment are properly maintained and available when required. This role will also provide support for a range of both internal and external public performances and activities and so flexibility in working hours, including occasional weekends and evenings will be required.

Applicants must have a degree in a relevant subject. Experience of working in a professional studio recording environment and relevant experience of teaching or instructing students are both desirable.
