Now, we need a Solicitor to join our team at our vibrant West Cambridge site.

What we're looking for:
    • At least 1 year PQE with a strong academic background in law.
    • Proven experience in commercial law, ideally within the technology or science sectors.
    • An understanding of venture capital transactions, seed funding structures and technology licensing.
    • Familiarity with due diligence principles, including AML & KYC, National Security and Investment Act, and Export Control.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Keen interest in innovation and emerging technologies.

Nice to have:
  • Understanding of intellectual property law.
  • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and private equity.
  • Knowledge of EU and US investment norms and instruments.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
