Our Central Marketing & Communications team plays a pivotal role in showcasing our excellence, managing our brand and engaging with diverse audiences. As Social Media Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our communication efforts across various social media platforms. Collaborating closely with multiple teams, you'll develop, curate and evaluate content plans and campaigns to engage our audiences effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage our social media strategy, defining key performance indicators.
  • Generate and manage day-to-day social media activity, marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Measure the success of social media posts and campaigns, driving innovation and exploring new opportunities.
  • Commission and oversee social media takeovers, manage junior colleagues and champion social excellence.

You should have a demonstrable track record in managing social media accounts for businesses or organisations, with considerable experience in a senior role overseeing content creation, planning and strategy development. You should also possess comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms, understand their respective impacts on audience engagement and loyalty, and excel in analysing metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
