About Us:
Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Capital City College Group, specializing in providing top-tier facilities management services to educational institutions within the group. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Site Manager on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to deliver an exceptional service to colleges within the group, ensuring a proactive approach to customer service and facilities management.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for various Facilities Management (FM) requirements, delivering excellent service to building users.
- Collaborate closely with site senior campus management, assuming responsibility for designated site(s) and ensuring their needs and priorities are met.
- Coordinate and liaise with on-site staff, estates, and facilities personnel/contractors on a day-to-day basis.
- Undertake site-based responsibilities, potentially across multiple sites as determined by operational needs.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in estates and facilities management or a related field.
- Qualification or working towards one in estates and facilities management.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification preferred.
- Understanding of Further Education (FE) colleges desirable.
