The core purpose of the University of Oxford’s Biomedical Services (BMS) is to provide for the care and welfare of animals in experimental research and in doing so we support the scientific community across the University. We are, in effect, an internal business with researchers as our customers.
At BMS we are seeking to recruit a Senior Technician, this is a full-time permanent position, 36.5 hours per week.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in working in an animal research facility and is educated to at least IAT Level 3 or hold other relevant experience or education.
Strong attention to detail and the ability organise your own work load is a key part of this role.
