The Registrar and Secretary’s Office at Leeds Beckett University is looking to appoint a Senior Student Records Officer to work within our University.


The post holder will join the Student Records Team, leading Registration and Awards related operations and activities to drive the continuous improvement of data relating to student record processing.


The successful candidate will support the Student Records Manager in overseeing the development of the team, it’s work and services and guidance offered to stakeholders in a complex and changing environment. They will have experience of managing Student Records in a higher education setting, have expert knowledge of systems and processes involved in student administration and experience in leading a high quality service managing and motivating a team.


This post is key to supporting the effective management and processes related to the student record. They will provide expert level guidance and training on student record management, policy and business process that underpin the key stages of the student life cycle.
