Senior Student Administrator, Mathematical Sciences
£27,929- £31,411 per annum

Are you experienced in working in a busy, customer orientated environment, with excellent customer service experience and looking for a new job?

We are looking to recruit a Senior Student Administrator toprovide excellent customer service to students and visitors to the Department and high-quality professional support services to academic staff.

Duties of the Role 

Responsible to the Deputy Department Manager,you will:

  • Support and train Student Administrators and coordinate student administration processes on a day to day basis
  • Lead the student administrators’ team daily meetings
  • Provide information, advice, and guidance in response to student and visitor queries
  • Responsible for the coordination and process the submission and return of coursework, and routine requests such as change of class and change of module.

Skills and qualifications required

To be successful, you will need to have:

  • Administrative experience in a customer-oriented environment
  • Experience of working in a busy environment and remaining calm under pressure
  • Experience of accurate data entry and managing accessible records
  • An understanding of Higher Education
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
