About the team
We are a core team within Cellular Operations, responsible for providing cell biology resource and expertise to the wider institute. We do this by running multiple, diverse, large-scale cellular generation projects for various faculty teams. Our current portfolio of projects includes organoid derivation from human tissue and differentiation of iPSC cells to new cell types to create a range of new disease models.
In order to deliver world-class science, we maintain a focus on continuous process improvement. Ensuring that at all times we are striving to deliver value to the institute by exploring ways of improving quality and efficiency. We operate by taking protocols established in the faculty teams, transitioning them into our world, ensuring they are robust enough to run at scale and striving to identify new technologies and methods.
