The Harper & Keele Veterinary School is seeking to appoint an experienced administrator to support the smooth running of the School across two university campuses. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing review and development of School office functions and will support both staff and students by developing and refining business processes. The post holder will be expected to implement solutions to the challenges involved in delivering a joined-up service from a split-site office.

A unique partnership between two outstanding universities, the Harper and Keele Veterinary School brings together two distinctive institutions with a track record of excellence in teaching and student experience to provide an exciting new opportunity for veterinary students to train within rural Staffordshire and Shropshire. This role will require the ability to work within a close-knit team, providing consistently high-quality administrative support across a number of functions. You will need to liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders across both campuses, and hence must have excellent communication and prioritisation skills. You must be able to handle data accurately and be proficient in all MS Office applications. Some customer service experience would be an advantage. 

The role will be based at Harper Adams campus, and will require occasional travel between Keele and Harper Adams campuses.
