About the Role
As part of our dedicated team, you’ll work closely with the Undergraduate Programme Manager (International and Placements), the International and Placements Officer, and Senior Programme Co-ordinators (International). Your responsibilities cover the entire placement student lifecycle—from providing students with information on opportunities to coordinating applications, managing allocations, supporting pre-departure preparations, and facilitating reintegration.
Our current portfolio includes 200-350 unique opportunities each year, and our vision is to establish a placements culture as the norm. As a valued team member, you’ll be fully immersed in the day-to-day operations of our study abroad and placement programmes. Your multifaceted role will involve administration, co-ordination, documenting processes, event organisation, delivering presentations, and providing excellent support to students.
Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the personal and professional growth of WBS’s undergraduate student body through student mobility opportunities.
