The Technical Infrastructure Group in the Information Systems Services department at Lancaster University is seeking to appoint the role of Senior Network Specialist to join its team providing wired and WiFi network services to over 30,000 staff and students and client users of Lancaster University IT services. You will be part of a team performing the design, installation, configuration and maintenance of network connections to client users of the communications services owned and/or managed by Lancaster University. You will also perform a key role in the roll-out of new technologies, leading the technical requirements gathering, planning, evaluation, procurement and commissioning stages.
