About the Role

The position will work with our Partnerships team to identify international opportunities for our MBA network and commercial opportunities to further enrich both the student and alumni experience at Cranfield.

This role will lead, produce, and oversee a three-to-five-year Full-Time MBA rankings improvement plan to deliver against our objective of achieving top 100 ranked status across all mainstream rankings’ providers.

This role will act alongside the Course Director as a key ‘face of’ the program to our current students, organising and attending relationship-building events that will support the objective of a high-ranked MBA programme. A critical part of the role will be to facilitate, support and deliver a seamless transition from students from their study to their entrance into the School alumni body.

Furthermore, the role will work closely with our Thought Leadership Groups (such as The Bettany Centre for Entrepreneurship) to support industry-led initiatives for our Full-time MBA students and alumni. The Full-time MBA will offer internships, industry speaker events, student exchange opportunities and international experiences for our MBA students.

About You

We are looking for someone proactive and able to engage with different stakeholders.

Given the breadth and reach of our Full-Time MBA, collaborative working and communication and influencing skills (both verbal and written) will be critical to the success of this role.

This role will require the skills to influence and present at senior levels such as School Executive, as well as represent the University to external bodies. Exceptional communication is vital for leading change and maintaining relationships. A solid understanding of how to communicate across these differing levels and with senior stakeholders will be key within this role.

The role holder will analyse data and trends to accurately plan and evaluate the best way to stand out in the Full-Time MBA market.

The successful candidate will be innovative and professional in their customer-centric work when representing our School in the global market. We are looking for a flexible and growth-orientated mind-set to propel our Full-Time MBA offering into the future.
