Fixed-term contract for one year, full time

As the Senior Marketing Manager for Executive Degrees, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our Executive MBA programme and the broader Executive Degrees' portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will lead a dedicated team, driving innovation in digital marketing, and contributing significantly to the recruitment targets of our prestigious programmes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overarching marketing strategy for the Executive Degrees' portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall school objectives.

  • Set and drive KPI targets for the marketing section, regularly reporting performance to the Associate Director and suggesting enhancements.

  • Manage and lead the Marketing team, including professional development, performance reviews and appraisals.

  • Directly oversee the budget for Executive MBA marketing, Executive Diplomas and related programmes, ensuring strategic spending and reporting on overall performance.

  • Identify and capitalise on new marketing opportunities, implementing best practices and creating solutions for potential challenges.

You should have substantial experience in developing, planning, implementing and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including online marketing. You should demonstrate knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and direct/database marketing. Strong planning and evaluation skills for managing a budget exceeding £600k, experience in crafting effective marketing communications for diverse audiences and channels, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, proficiency in IT skills (Microsoft Office and CRM software packages) and outstanding interpersonal skills are also essential.
