Senior Marketing Campaigns Officer (Student Recruitment)

Starting Salary is £29,645 per annum (including London Allowance)*

*This is the expected starting salary for this post however appointment at a higher point may be made for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills and experience relevant to the role.

Starting salary is £27,511 per annum. London Allowance of £2,134 will be payable in addition to salary.

We’re looking for a new team member to join our creative team here at Royal Holloway in the Marketing Campaigns (Student Recruitment) team.

This is a senior officer position so would suit someone with experience of working in either marketing or student recruitment and is looking to develop their skills and take the next step in their career. In this role, you’ll be able to use your talent to take the lead on creative marketing and communications initiatives which will directly impact student recruitment. A good understanding of either digital marketing or student recruitment is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with email marketing and online events would be beneficial.

This marketing focused role sits within the Marketing Campaigns (Student Recruitment) team which is responsible for developing and delivering a number of creative, high impact student recruitment campaigns and online events. The team is responsible for motivating and engaging target external audiences by identifying, bringing to life and effectively expressing Royal Holloway’s stories through a variety of channels in the most inspiring, impactful and relevant way.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London. The team is currently working predominantly remotely with regular on-campus team days.
