You will possess a good Honours Degree (UK, or IK equivalence) or equivalent experience, a master’s qualification or equivalent experience or be keen to work towards a postgraduate qualification. You should have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS UK) and will have had successful teaching experience and experience in SEND and Inclusion provision. You must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate that you are an excellent communicator and have an exemplary track record within teaching.
