We are seeking to recruit a Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Marketing. The appointee will contribute to a range of modules in marketing and marketing-related subjects, support programme development, and, where appropriate, undertake module leadership. The post will offer you the opportunity to develop your subject specialism and research/knowledge exchange output.

Our research and knowledge activities are organised in the Centre for Business, Society and Global Challenges. This Centre focuses on four research areas: sustainability and social justice; communities, entrepreneurship and innovation; globalisation, digitalisation and work; and money, inequality and markets. We expect successful candidates will contribute to one or more of these research areas. For more information please visit:

The main duties of the successful candidates will be:

  • Developing, leading and delivering modules in the field of Marketing, some of which will be for students studying off-campus;
  • Supervising and assessing students' projects and dissertations;
  • Addressing the pastoral needs of students;
  • Undertaking research leading to international quality publications, or knowledge exchange activities;
  • Initiating and sustaining mutually beneficial partnerships with external stakeholders.
