Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £54,003 to £60,192 per annum, with potential progression up to £75,238 per annum


Reader / Associate Professor / Senior Lecturer in Leadership & Organisational Behaviour

About the Role

This opportunity is within the Organizational Behaviour and Applied Psychology Group, a growing team of OB specialists and Applied Psychologists. The Group has ambitious plans including cross campus masters programs and the creation of doctoral pathways. The roles will report directly to the Group Head, Professor Richard Kwiatkowski. The Group sits with the Work and Learning Centre Headed by Professor Emma Parry and so interesting cross fertilisation often occurs, for example concerning HR, Flexibility, Gender Leadership and Inclusion.

You will have the opportunity to progress your research and scholarship in this field.  This post will be offered on either an Education & Scholarship career pathway, or a Research & Teaching career pathway depending on your track record, focus and preference.

About You

You will be educated to doctoral level in a relevant Leadership related area, and you will be able to demonstrate experience of teaching, training or executive development in the field.  You will be able to show recognition of your expertise, thorough, for example publications, conference presentations, professional involvement, industry demands, or similar. With excellent communication skills, you will be able to collaborate effectively with students, executive learners, academics, practitioners and policy makers.  You will be respectful towards others and collegiate in approach. Experience of teaching and leading modules at post-graduate level is a plus.
