This part-time post for 100-160 hours per year is available from September 2022 on a permanent basis.

Summary of the role

We are  looking for a senior lecturer to join our team  from September 2022 to lead the design and delivery of finance teaching for the Senior Leader (Health) Degree Apprenticeship and MSc Healthcare Leadership and Management. This will include teaching on financial strategy, governance, economic theory, legal requirements, sustainability and resource allocation. 

You will work with the Programme Directors to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of teaching in accord with the College’s education strategy and you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching practices across the College. The post will include delivery of face-to-face and online teaching and small group facilitation, and is ideally suited to an experienced practitioner working at strategic and board level in health/social care.

The overall aim of our postgraduate programmes is to provide transformative education to tackle health challenges of national and international importance.  Training health professionals in leadership, management and innovation is a key part of this ambition.
