Institute of Psychology, Business and Human Sciences

Part time (0.5fte), 18.5 hours per week

Salary range: £45,585 to £54,395 per annum pro rata, £22,792 to £27,197

About this role

In this role you will, among other activities, contribute to the delivery of our undergraduate and postgraduate Finance and Accounting curriculum, and will include developing content to shape the delivery of our ACCA and ICAEW accredited programmes, as well as the opportunity to teach across a range of subject areas at the Institute of Psychology, Business and Human Sciences.

About you

Ideal candidates will demonstrate true passion for student recruitment and experience, a sound understanding of Accounting and Finance and the ability to teach across a range of subjects. We would particularly welcome candidates who are able to demonstrate a commitment to innovative, effective and inspirational Learning & Teaching and a desire to contribute a Research active profile which complements current research in the Institute.

Working with the Institute, you will among other activities, make a key contribution to designing, developing and delivering new and existing undergraduate, post-graduate and degree apprenticeship programmes.  You will also contribute to our vibrant research culture and excellent student learning experience. The postholder will be expected to undertake programme co-ordinator duties and responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be pro-active, enthusiastic and enjoy working as a member of our innovative, dedicated and collaborative team.
