The Role

The Senior Finance Business Partner is integral to the Leadership Team within the Faculty/Directorates and provides strategic financial advice to support and influence the leadership of the Faculty/Directorates.

You will provide insight both to the Associate Director of Financial Planning, Analysis and Business Partnering and to the Faculty/Directorates regarding central objectives and initiatives. You will also represent the Faculty/Directorates’ financial perspective to other stakeholders within the University.


The Person

As well as being a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent), you will have extensive and effective post-qualification experience of management and financial accounting, financial analysis and business planning.

You will have proven experience of successful team leadership and of working with staff at all levels across an organisation to achieve results, as well as proven understanding of, and commitment to, the provision of excellent customer service both internal and external to the organisation.

This is a full time, permanent position.

Kingston University offers a competitive salary and benefits package, depending on experience, starting at £74,096 per annum.
