Role Description

About the Role

Our customers are both external (delegates and their sponsors) and internal (academic staff, associates, and other Executive Development Directors & colleagues).  This role will provide efficient and accurate project and programme support within the Learning Delivery & Operations team to enable a high quality delivery of our executive development programmes both at Cranfield and globally. 

About You

To be successful in this role you will require previous administrative experience.  The Senior Executive Development Administrator (SEDA) has extensive contact with internal stakeholders (academic staff, and other service providing departments within the School of Management and University). The post holder should be highly motivated, be able to work independently, have an eye for detail and design be proficient in all Microsoft office applications, with advanced PowerPoint skills. They must also be able to manage a varied and demanding workload.

The role requires excellent planning, organisational and administrative skills with close attention to detail.
