The Role:

As a Senior English Test Bookings Officer, you will be responsible for managing the full process of English Test Bookings from dealing with student queries from students, checking eligibility, liaising with the Testing Assessors, University Partners & QAHE Recruitment Teams to delivering student exam results.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensuring booking requests are actioned in a timely manner

Screen all applicants to check they are eligible to take the test

Ensuring all necessary paperwork is received to complete the bookings

Speak with the students prior to the exam to confirm their attendance

Issuing the results to the students and appropriate parties

Building a good working relationship with assessors, recruitment teams and external stakeholders

Produce weekly & monthly reports on activity to the Head of Shared Services

Key Skills / Experience Required:

A detail oriented approach with a thorough track record of attention to detail

Ability to problem solve

Work effectively under pressure

Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written

Positive with a ‘can-do' attitude.
