We are looking for a full-time Senior Employability Assistant to support our Pro Bono and Careers activity and to co-ordinate the running of the overall provision of support to students.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that the Employability Offices at the London Campuses (including Norwich) run effectively and deliver an excellent customer service to students, staff visitors and all internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Supporting the scheduling of annual calendar of events ensuring staffing cover from within the team and freelancers.
  • Processing and maintaining financial transactions and employment related documentation.
  • Supporting the Pro Bono staff; liaising with prospective legal advice clients and taking case details; liaising with the supervisor to identify appropriate clients; making appointments and allocating students to clients.
