We are seeking to recruit a Senior Degree Programmes Manager to join Oxford Saïd’s Degree Programmes Services team. This role is responsible for providing the seamless delivery of the student experience across the full-time degrees including Master of Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Financial Economics (MFE), Masters in Law and Finance (MLF), Doctoral Programmes in Management Studies, BA in Economics and Management and the 1+1 MBA Programme.

Reporting directly to the Head of Degree Programmes, you will be required to deputise in her absence. With an entrepreneurial flair, you will contribute to policy decisions and influence and shape the curriculum of the programmes and their delivery strategy, whilst managing the associated budgets. You will purposefully lead a team of specialist staff supporting the entire student journey, from application to graduation. You will provide direction by translating strategy into operational outcomes and motivate and develop team members by nurturing an environment in line with the School’s values. You will be excellent at respectful relationship management and will collaborate with partners and stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver service of the highest quality based on a culture of continuous improvement.

To be considered at shortlisting you will have proven competency in programme management and delivery, experience of working effectively and authoritatively with clients or customers to ensure satisfaction, experience of policy writing and wider strategy implementation, budget management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, time management and organisation skills, and the ability to find solutions to guarantee continuous improvement and innovation.
