We have an immediate and exciting opportunity to be part of our Student & Registry Services area, within the Curriculum & Timetabling team. Student and Registry Services (StaRS) | (The Student Hub, Curriculum and Timetabling, Exams and Awards, Student Records) sits within the Student Administration and Academic Affairs division in the Student Experience Directorate .

The successful applicant will be highly organised with excellent customer service skills, experience of supervising would be advantageous. They must be enthusiastic and adept at learning new skills. They will have the confidence to deliver fresh ideas to improve our service to colleagues and students. They will enjoy working at pace, with a deadline sensitive workload, and be comfortable with complexity and uncertainty. Proven problem-solving skills are highly desirable along with effective team working, communication and interpersonal skills.
