Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £48,039 to £57,797 per annum, with potential progression up to £70,000 per annum


Senior Business Partner

About the Role

We are at an exciting point in our journey, supporting the delivery of a Corporate Plan which is designed to raise our ambition and enhance the distinctiveness of our University through our people. To support our ambitions we are seeking a new Senior Business Partner with the ability to help realise our people strategy and make a real impact on our staff and student experience through partnering with stakeholders across the university in our professional service units. 

About You

You do not need to have university sector experience, we welcome applications from individuals who are able to influence and partner successfully with a range of stakeholders. You will be a senior HR generalist who is MCIPD qualified, or equivalent experience, with demonstrable ER experience. This role is hands on and will have a strong focus on operational delivery as well as ensuring strategic initiatives are put into action. Reporting to the Head of People Business Partnering, you will have line management responsibility for a Business Partner and as a team will support a range of centralised university services.
