Oxford Brookes University values the benefits of accurate data and easy analysis of it.  So have dedicated teams that will increase the range of reports and dashboards available to users and data analysts.  We are now looking for a Senior Analysts Developer to work in and manage the operational reporting team.  The main source of data is the Student Record System from a global Education ERP supplier called Ellucian.

This post is a full time permanent role.  The team working arrangements are hybrid – normally working in the office 1 day a week at our Headington Campus.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst Developer you will:

  • Manage the team to design, construct, test and deploy dashboards and reports, taking the lead on end-to-end development of the larger projects.
  • Manage the scheduling of the workload within the team.
  • Actively develop reports and dashboards.
  • Produce monthly reports of past and expected deliveries.

You should have:

  • Evidence of effective Business Analysis and requirements gathering from non-technical users and end-users.
  • Extensive experience in data analysis, modelling and forecasting and creating tools and systems to aid in these processes.
  • Experience of managing a development team.
