The Role

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join our diverse International Student Compliance (UKVI) Team.

The International Student Compliance (UKVI) Team is a vibrant, multifaceted team responsible for capturing evidence of permissions to study, engagement monitoring and oversight of compliance with Home Office guidance across the student lifecycle for our international students.

The team sits within Academic Services, which is a large directorate, comprising of a number of specialist expert teams, working together to ensure that the University manages student records and other student facing processes from enrolment through to graduation, while also meeting our extensive statutory and regulatory responsibilities.

The work will be varied and exciting, bringing you into contact with colleagues not only in Academic Services but across the institution whilst you provide effective and efficient support for a range of administrative tasks and processes relating to UKVI Compliance.

We are looking for someone with strong organisation and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively and to a high level of accuracy, whilst of carrying out a range of administrative duties.

The role requires good IT skills and an ability to quickly develop knowledge of new systems, as well as navigating complex regulations and procedures.
