Grade 7: Starting Salary £36,333 p.a.

This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join Keele University’s Admissions and Enquiries team within the Directorate of Global Student Recruitment and Admissions.  The Directorate of Global Student Recruitment and Admissions is responsible for delivering all aspects of the University’s work in relation to admissions, enquiries, UK and International student recruitment, widening access, applicant marketing, and market development.

This post provides a key role in developing the Directorate's approach and delivery with regard to selective admissions processes, especially for courses in the Faculty of Medicine and Health and international admissions processes, working with colleagues to ensure an effective and compliant admissions service.

They will also deliver process improvement, problem solving, service enhancement, and sharing of best practice in particular around international-specific processes such as deposits, offer volumes, and student accommodation allocation.

You will have experience of Higher Education admissions or selective admissions recruitment processes. You will have the ability to lead developments that deliver admissions systems and processes that respond to sector changes. You will have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and have the ability to present complex management information concisely to a wide range of stakeholders.
