About the Role

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Security Shift Manger. The successful candidate will be expected to hold and maintain a valid Door Supervisor SIA Licence, Full UK Driving Licence and a Full First Aid qualification. In addition, applicants should have a good command of spoken and written English, computer literate, a positive team Leader and a good level of fitness. Operational experience in but not limited to Risk Assessments, Employee relations, performance management, Investigations, Access Control Systems and CCTV.

About You

The post holder will be required to engage directly and proactively with individuals and groups of students to enrich the student experience at Queen Mary by promoting the development, inside the University, of strong positive relationships amongst a diverse student community and to promote good relations between students at Queen Mary and the local communities in which they reside.

The post is based at all the Campus in London. It is full time (42 hours per week), permanent appointment, with an expected start date of October 2022. The starting salary will be Grade 4, £41,680 per annum + £3,707.39 shift allowance per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
