Are you an experienced Information Security Consultant or Security Analyst? Are you interested in working with a talented team of professionals to support one of the world’s leading Universities in securing its people, processes and technology? With knowledge of information security controls, risk assessment and relevant standards and guidelines such as ISO 27001, NIST and Cyber Essentials, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to support IT strategic initiatives, projects and University departments.

In addition to having a good general understanding of information security controls, deeper experience in identity and access management or cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, would be highly advantageous.

You will require excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills in order to develop strong working relationships and positively influence technical staff, project teams and senior stakeholders in securing information to support the University in its pursuit of excellence in research and education.

While this is a full-time post, fixed-term for 2 years in the first instance, we also welcome applications from candidates who wish to work part-time (minimum 30 hours/0.8 FTE) and/or flexibly.
