We have two Quality Administrator opportunities within our School Support Service.  The roles are based at Sighthill and Merchiston.

Pertinent to both the day-to-day organisation of our Schools and our work into diverse and exciting research and projects; our School Support Service delivers flexible and resilient support to students and academic staff across the University. Simply put, through excellent customer service, we anticipate users' needs and deliver support services that are efficient, accessible and intuitive to our users. 

The role

We are seeking to fill two roles which will support programme approval, monitoring and review, professional body accreditations and appointment of external examiners in line with University regulations and Quality Framework.

What Are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate will have an HNC/HND (or equivalent) with prior administrative experience (preferably gained within further or higher education).  You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities as required. You will be comfortable with working to agreed deadlines and will enjoy working within a team environment. Attention to detail and strong IT skills are paramount for these roles. The successful candidate will be a proficient user of Microsoft Office packages and will receive training to utilise a number of systems including the University’s databases and records systems.

This role will suit an organised and proactive professional with demonstrable customer service skills.

Salary: Grade 3 - £22,254- £26,341 per annum plus benefits
