A fantastic opportunity is available within the University of Liverpool for a skilled and enthusiastic employee reward practitioner to join our Human Resources Department, in an exciting new role of Reward Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations & HR Policy, you will take a lead role in the operation and management of Reward-related policies and the development and promotion of our benefits package, to differentiate the University of Liverpool in the market. You will provide expert advice and recommendations to senior leaders on all aspects of employee reward and will take the lead in work to develop and deliver an innovative reward and recognition offering which supports the achievement of the University's strategic ambitions and strengthens our position as an employer of choice.

This post is a full-time and permanent position.
