This is a fixed-term internship position for 12 months, only open to undergraduate students at the University of Leeds.

We are looking for a current Leeds undergraduate student to join us as an Intern in an organisation recognised for its high quality of service provision, commitment to excellence and good practice. Residential Services provide accommodation for around 9,000 University of Leeds students in self-catered and catered sites, both on and off campus. We are an innovative and strong leader in the sector, with a clear vision to provide some of the best student accommodation in the country.

As part of our strategy to provide high quality accommodation and excellent service, Residence Life within Residential Services helps to make a student’s experience in residences the best it can be. Our dedicated team provides advice and guidance throughout a student’s stay in halls whenever they need it. They also provide an annual programme of events and activities to help students settle in and connect with others in their community.

Residential Services have also designed a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015. The ISO 9001: 2015 quality standard is informed by over 120 countries around the world.
