Bring your experience of delivering high quality administration and support to work in our busy Doctoral College team. Here you will enhance the student experience by providing professional and efficient administration and an enquiry service for postgraduate research applicants, students, supervisors and other key stakeholders, as well as advising on student processes and providing general administrative support.
You will have:
- Proven organisational skills
- An excellent level of IT skills
- Flexibility to meet and deal with competing demands.
- The ability to communicate information in an understandable way
- The ability to maintain effective professional relationships across the University.
A familiarity with the HE sector, particularly in relation to postgraduate research degrees, and its aims and objectives will be an advantage.
This is a full-time, permanent position and job sharers are welcome to apply.
