About the Role

Do you want to improve the life and the treatment of patients with respiratory conditions? We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Research Nurse Manager to lead our research delivery team. Come and work with our research nurses and practitioners to deliver a portfolio of trials across a broad spectrum of respiratory diseases.

You will work in the Oxford Respiratory Trials Unit (ORTU) and be responsible for the day to day management of the team and driving the strategic growth and development of the team.

You will have a health-related degree and have experience of working in clinical research delivery with patients/participants. Experience of nursing patients with respiratory disorders is desirable for this role but not essential.

In addition to leading the team, you will work clinically, supporting recruitment and participant visits for a portfolio of trials. The trials being delivered by the team includes observational studies, clinical trials of investigational medicinal products (CTIMPs) and medical device trials.
