Job Description
We are looking for a Research Fellow to work for a project on GaN semiconductor sensor devices and the integration, involving device simulation, modelling, fabrication, test and measurement. Background knowledge on semiconductor devices is important.
Knowledge in using the simulation tool, such as Sentaurus TCAD simulator, ADS design tool etc, and experiences on cleanroom device fabrication, laboratory test and measurement hands-on will be necessary.
Qualifications
- Possess a recognised PhD degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
- Knowledge in using the simulation tool, such as Sentaurus TCAD simulator, ADS design tool etc, and experiences on cleanroom device fabrication, laboratory test and measurement hands-on will be necessary.
- Open to fixed-term contract
