Research and Data Quality Manager, The Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK

Salary: £47,000 - £51,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full time (35 hours per week)

We are seeking to recruit a confident and enthusiastic Research and Data Quality Manager with proven ability to work comfortably on their own and as part of a team. 

The appointee will oversee the management of a variety of research and data analyses projects and help improve the quality of data collection and processing across Federation.  Both these roles will be undertaken in close collaboration with the Quality Management team and other Federation staff as part of the Research and Development function.

The successful candidate will be educated to at least degree level, or equivalent, in a discipline such as mathematics, statistics, psychology or research methodology.  They need to be experienced in analysing data, using statistical software, database tools, programming and managing large datasets.  They will be able to present complex findings in a simple and engaging way to a variety of stakeholders.
