Reporting to Professor Curtis Dobson, as a research associate you will contribute to and manage specific research projects. The research associate post requires a PhD in immunology, inflammation or associated disciplines, along with some experience of either flow or mass cytometry techniques. Experience of bioinformatics approaches to interrogate complex datasets would be an advantage, along with an interest in undergoing training to develop such skills further.
You will be enthusiastic, self-motivated and capable of exercising initiative and judgement in carrying out research tasks.
This post is initially advertised for one year with the possibility of extension. We aim to appoint a candidate to begin work on 1st March 2022.
